Well I have never really admitted I have PTSD, for a very long time I never thought I had it, but I served 5 years in the military and am now in civilian law enforcement, and I and am just really happy I found this site, I think this will be a great place to start healing and learning to cope with my problems. Thank you everyone for being here for each other.

p.s. sorry for the terrible grammar.
