Emerg Services On A Panel

In about three weeks, I am going to be on a panel speaking as a vet with mental health disorders. Mine will be about MST. Has anyone else done this?

@Stacieamy : Hi, congrats' on your strenght going on a panel to speek about this ! It's very important and useful for others ; take care of yourself though.

I was on a panel once to speak about sudden infant death, and an other time, they (doctors) registrated an interview with me about borderline and hallucinations which was showed in a big health congress (but they didn't show my face). It was rather triggerin' for me, these two 'panels'. The first one because I didn't feel I could say as much as I wanted to say, the second one because it was about my mental health, childhood and traumas.

Yeah. I have memory problems, especially when it comes to specific words and terms. I want to make note cards to help, but not sure exactly what to note about.

Hell if you have memory or concentration problems ( I do too) just pop off a joke about it at the beginning, then you don't have to sweat it as much
