When You think the Dr said you'd be off of work 4-6 weeks, then freak out when the nurse and your husband inform you what was said was "you will be gone from work a minimum of 6-12 weeks!" I guess I may have dissociated a little during the Dr visit!! I guess I didn't want to hear that piece of info! :banghead::facepalm::shifty:

When your ear just "shuts down" in the middle of piano lesson because the day was too stressful.

When you are just weary of doing all the work to leave the house and decide to just let your PTSD hang out like an untucked shirt.
You get the same rude order taker at McDc's and when she does the 'OMG can't you get your order straight' deep sigh...you feel like jumping over the counter and give her a reason for OMG.
BUT you go DEADLY still and just stare her in the eye until you see she is scared...THEN finish your order!!!

Today was not the day @RavenGirl . I am usually nice myself. Don't take her crappy attitude personal. I did today. So F'n what!!
Just had a 'you have no idea what you are being rude to today' look on my face. I dodnt even blink
BUT......I did not say one word out loud that I was thinking. So I consider that progress.

Yes, this. I feel like at any minute someone will tap me on the shoulder and say, "Girl, your crazy is showing. You might want to tuck that shit back in." Especially at work.

@Anrish, yup! My dentist knows, my eye doctor knows, I'll let my surgeon know, but I haven't let my family practice Dr know yet. I think it's because I've known him the longest, since 1989!! I think that's why it's so hard, he knows the most about me and I don't want to tarnish his opinion of me...? :(:tdown::unsure::sorry::facepalm::ninja:
