What Did You Do For Someone Else Today?

Today, I prayed hard for my friend who passed and all who are suffering loss.

It might not seem like much but, I believe the healing vibrations are carried to where they are needed by the grace and love of our Creator.

It was the least I could do....on second thought, perhaps it is the most I could do.

Sent a helpful e-book and some of my favorite tasty whole food/plant-based recipes to my T, at her request, as she's trying to clean up her innards. That makes three professionals, thus far, that I work directly with who have asked me to advise them based on seeing my results. Any chance to pay forward some potentially improved health, I'm on it.

I arranged to get the heating fixed at work, which it was, within an hour. It made about 50 people much, much happier (it was freezing).

I also helped a lady find an alternative to pasta for her husband- a night worker who has been put on a carbohydrate free diet. She was stumped as to what she could feed him.

A pretty good day for me. Often I feel like I haven't helped anyone outside what's expected of me as part of my job.

(finally) Arranged for someone who wishes to build their own greenhouse to come pick up a couple huge and heavy sliding glass doors and an old bay window that's been taking up space for quite a while now. Paying them forward in hopes of them serving a new purpose for another....and it includes homegrown veggies....double yay.

May the momentum of clearing space continue. It certainly can't hurt. Stuff sure does suck the life out of a being. You have to store it, clean it, maintain it, work around it, move it, put it back, move it again, find it once you put it exactly where you knew you wouldn't forget it, etc. Damn, I'm tired just thinking about it. Spring clean. Stuff be gone. Poof!
