What Exercise Did You Do Today

Today I did no exercise I think. I went out for a walk but when I was just half around the block I decided to come back home because I had nothing to do walking anywhere, came back home and signed up on this forum :3
 
30 minutes in the exercise room, split between the bike and the elliptical. Plus, some of my PT exercises. Could do better on those, but I'm reacting to meds and my balance is way off and I'm exhausted. Cheese with the "whine" please. :)
 
I'm keeping a record in my calendar now! :) 30 minutes - bike, treadmill, elliptical! Heart rate is up around 105-110. I'm shooting for 134, per the cardiologist, but this will take some time for this OG-VB. ;0
 
I walk my old dog everyday. It's a lazy walk. We stop a lot.

I gained weight on meds and now my body hurts and is so large that I have lost confidence. And, it makes me tired. I wake three times a night with nighmares. So, I sleep in. I need to change that, but can't keep my eyes open.

I was doing yoga / yogalaties for 1 hour, then jogging for 20 minutes (more about increasing my laps). And, I use to love swimming. And, I wanted to add tai chi. Now, all I can manage is just the lazy dog walk.

Doctor says I need to loose weight and I explain that then they need to take me off meds - which is never going to happen.

How do you all manage to do it? What gets you motivated? I so want to get moving again. I liked my gentle yoga everymorning to the local radio.
