What Exercise Did You Do Today

I know that this is not the workout kind of exercise, but it is helping me recover. I walked for 30 minutes twice and panted a wall. I moved furniture. It must be exercise since it made me sore.
 
I have been out of the country for a bit so my normal exercise routine was interrupted. While traveling I walked a lot. I got home a week ago and I have been riding my bicycle a couple hours everyday. Today I took a rest day from the bike and I walked 1 1/2 hours with Lulu. It really feels good to be exercising regularly again.
 
1 1/2 hour hard bicycle ride. It is windy and the pollen is bad. The whole ride I was having breathing issues and my eyes were stinging and tearing. Now, a couple hours later I am still having breathing issues. The things we endure to try to stay healthy.
 
Have taken a break for awhile due to an injury, but will be back on the bike and elliptical for 30-40 minutes each day, plus all the stretching, conditioning and isometrics that go along with being healthier.
 
Good on you for pushing through after the neck pain. I've been struggling with consistency too, but even a quick session makes such a difference. I did some light weights today just to keep moving.
