I walk my old dog everyday. It's a lazy walk. We stop a lot.
I gained weight on meds and now my body hurts and is so large that I have lost confidence. And, it makes me tired. I wake three times a night with nighmares. So, I sleep in. I need to change that, but can't keep my eyes open.
I was doing yoga / yogalaties for 1 hour, then jogging for 20 minutes (more about increasing my laps). And, I use to love swimming. And, I wanted to add tai chi. Now, all I can manage is just the lazy dog walk.
Doctor says I need to loose weight and I explain that then they need to take me off meds - which is never going to happen.
How do you all manage to do it? What gets you motivated? I so want to get moving again. I liked my gentle yoga everymorning to the local radio.
