Hi,

Just want to introduce myself.
I am new to this forum and this is obviously, my first post.
Canadian Veteran, served with the Airborne Regiment in Somalia 1992-93.

Am glad to be here and share my experiences with everyone.
Want to make this short for now, as it is almost 4 am and I need sleep.

Will keep in touch.

Welcome to the fold Jamz.

You will find a slightly dysfunctional family here, but loads of help, direction and the once in a while needed kick up the arse.

Take your time, and post, ask, and question as you need. Some one will have an answer, or at least know ín which direction to point you.

And remember, Airborne never die, they regroup in hell.

I don't see dysfunction...
I see heroes.
And non of us should ever feel unworthy...
We did what our nations asked us to do.

Ex Coelis to my AIRBORNE Brothers/Sisters...
Sempre Fi to my new Marine friends, and kind words thoughts and blessings
to my fellow soldiers, aircrew and sailors.

My thoughts today are on the beaches of Normandy.
Thank you all for your sacrifice...
and letting me join this sight.
