Brother, I didn't figure anything out, actually, this is my fourth marriage. My wife is the one who figured me out and accepted me as is with the beast. She's never been in the military, but she has that Grunt attitude, never give up, never surrender. She's even figured out some of my triggers, and is always there watching my six, when the beast turns my day to shite.

I dream of something like that. No doubt yours is hard won. I get jealous and angry at my own inability to bring a complete man, capable of leadership and protection to a relationship.
