Some nights I can't fall asleep and on the nights I do get to sleep I wake up more than once. It's been a couple of months now. I mentioned it to my P-Doc and he increased my Gabapentin to try to help but it hasn't.

I see him again tomorrow but I'm so tired. I have tried meditation and melanin.

Does anyone have something that helps them sleep better?

I had issues with sleep due to anxiety and nightmares. My doc had me on wellbutrin with moderate success. I still had the nightmares and anxiety but the wellbutrin kept them from waking me up most nights. But the thing that really worked for me was getting a dog and, sleeping next to him.

Xanax works for me. I have heard sleepy time tea and lavender help some people, maybe you want to look into that.

i preach old-time radio shows from the internet archive. put on a radio play, turn the volume very low, and relax. if it lulls ye to sleep: win. if ye end up listening to radio plays for a few hours: also a win. it gets one back into the habit of being in bed and not being stressed about it.

@Keming listening to Johnny Dollar right now.
Awesome :) Johnny Dollar is my all-time favorite. Just funny enough, just dark enough.
Truth: last night I slept... oh, three hours. Bad night. But I don't dread sleep, because there's always radio plays to fall back on. even when i can't sleep it takes some of the stress away.

I'm going to be going to a sleep Dr to get checked on for sleep apnea.
