Panicked about therapy tomorrow

It didn’t go as terribly as expected! She does want to do two extended sessions next week (ugh). We stopped when I started to melt down about 45 minutes in so I could calm down and not be a disaster all weekend. We started making a trauma timeline (yikes) and didn’t really get very far but whatever. I’ve got literally forever to get it figured out, right?

Thanks amigo! It was nothing short of terrifying and I did get a strange eye twitch, but I didn’t puke so I’m calling it a success! Lol
