No snow thankfully. I lived in the mountains for twenty five years and have had my fill and more of the snow. Now I am a flatlander and very happy not to have to shovel snow anymore. I love looking at it and I love to watch the snow falling though and sometimes I miss how it looks after a fresh snowfall.

I know I do too. I especially love the fresh fallen snow the next day when the sun comes out and it is all sparkly and white and so clean. There is nothing compared to that beautiful sight. I loved those days the best. I would get hot choclate and journal with my walkman on. Thank you for reminding me of that good memory.

I remember one year me and my daughter went out and were making all kinds of snow animals and when my husband came home after it was dark the sight of them just blew him away and made him so happy

Those sound like beautiful memories :) I remember laying by the fire and it was so beautiful, I love warm fires in winter

I do too. We had a wonderful wood stove that we heated our cabin with. It makes everything so cozy and heartwarming I think I am glad you love fires.

I am glad that it is a little better now. Thank you for giving me the idea to do this. I was hoping that it would a good thing.
