Cunningham's Encyclopedia of Crystal, Gem, and Metal Magic...from the library.

An interesting book, but smells like someone spilled their stinking/toxic perfume on it, so not sure I'll be able to finish it. I have to wear gloves and my diffuser necklace/coconut and essential oil soaked cotton up the nose when I read through it, and it has to stay out on the screened in porch. I just assumed it was a fellow library patron who smelled like that, until I got the book to the car. Dammit.

Amazing what I read when travelling! It's a funny book. I like it. Lot's of lol bits as well as some interesting ideas.
Now I know why I love living with myself :wacky:

HIDING IN THE LIGHT by Rifqa Bary is a memoir by this woman who states right at the beginning of it that she has left Islam to be a follower of Jesus. The story tells about Islamic homelife. That is as far as I got right now. It is riveting though, I can't put it down!

I totally got suckered into reading the Harry Potter chroncles. Picked up Year One and could't stop for like 7000 pages. I ate 5 gallons of icecream and stayed up late ...Hogwarts rocks!
