Inflammation as anger?

Magnesium spray as well. I spray myself with it 2x a day. As a society we are sadly lacking in this very necessary mineral. It is shown that a deficiency in this leads to inflammation flare ups. If you spray it on and it tingles or itches, they say, that is a big indicator that one is sorely deficient.
 
I know meds help my system calm down.

Have you tried eliminating certain foods? For some, it’s dairy, for others it’s gluten, some can’t handld sugar. If you haven’t altered your diet yet, I HIGHLY recommend it. I have eliminated certain foods and feel so much better.
 
@shimmerz I’ll check that out! I hear the spray is great for pain. @EveHarrington an elimination diet is in order. I worry about restriction in general because I have started starving myself from it. I have certain foods I definitely react to and I do best vegan tbh and plant based but it spirals into me only eating 900 calories a day lol so maybe I should go to a nutritionist to learn how to do it the right way.
