Seeking support

Am struggling and have been a while. I know most everyone here struggles too. But I really want to ask for a bit of support. It's not something I usually do but it seems like a good thing to learn how to do hey. Just if anyone has anything supportive/ nice to say I'd really appreciate it. Very low and down on myself.

Thanks ever so much @Wendell_R so kind. Ok so here is my favourite photo, taken a couple years ago on the way home from the shops. I love taking photos, you never know what you're gonna get. And I love the feeling, when you spot something, and just have to reach for the camera cause you just know, yeah, this a Kodak moment lol. Wrong phrase I think but..

Doesn't happen very often but I love it when it does.

I love photography too. Cool pic. I'm thinking about putting a couple photos in a competition. I did that a long time ago.....there's one coming up. Not sure.....don't want the let down, ......................but I really like your photo!

Thanks @TruthSeeker :) I think I like the doing of photography rather than being excellent at it if that makes sense. Plenty of mine are blurry or whatnot and I don't think I mind. :)

Yeah...I got this perfectionistic part that gets and attitude if it doesn't qualify for a ribbon. ?I'm trying to relax over art and photography, but still got old parts shxt hindering me sometimes.

I like your photos more than mine, @berlinda ! I like how bright the light is under the walker's foot, and how there is that brilliant gap between foot and shadow.

Fall is here. I was walking toward my favorite park when I saw this tree blossom that mistakenly came out about 6 months early (or late?) Kind of like a lot of us, I guess. Sorry it is out of focus--I have a new phone and am still learning how it works.

It's lovely when you notice something beautiful like that isn't it :) I only use my phone too and like I say the majority of mine are blurry and that too. I don't think it matters really. It's just nice to have a go. It's a beautiful flower :)

What do you guys do by way of asking for support? I tend very much not to do it. I don't think it was safe to do growing up. But I'm sure I can learn.

I've got no family to ask....and their advice would only cause grief or hurt. I have one friend I trust implicitly.....and I go to her....and then there's a T of course. I have been taking art classes for a couple of years, so I'll now tell the art teacher if I have an issue, and she's a good problem solver (like if there is someone in the class preventing me from being productive....she'll be creative and say, "Just wear headphones" and problem solved. So, I get to know people, and their reactions to my need for support....before letting it all hang out.
If the request is one, that the person will never see me again....most likely, I'll ask whoever looks like they might have a simple answer to a simple question.
