Rip.
Absolutely unnecessary and in bad taste.
Just let it go guys, ok? We don't need even more ugliness.

safest way to manage ourselves is to assume we have the virus & do everything to avoid spreading it. That's the line. I think it's really the universal line or should be.
That includes not going to the beach en masse, having 'catch covid19' parties, getting off cruise ships
Usually I'd agree. In this case the person is refusing to listen to the health advice given.
I am purposely avoiding talking about any member.
I don’t think that we can know what motivates someone- Whether it’s ‘pride’ or ‘fear’ or a hundred other possibilities. We cannot know.
I answer this when my therapist asks me the same about ‘what I think motivated someone’ or what they were thinking. I can have a guess, or a suspicion- but I could be quite quite wrong. The belief about how and why people act is behind a lot of victim blaming , a lot of WhT we protect those who hurt us, and all kinds of other stuff.
I don’t think it hurts us despite frustration to be mindful of how we communicate.
no- I was making a comparison in behaviour- a behaviour many of us have received.I really don’t see any victim blaming here. Just common sense given an extremely challenging climate. We have something that most (including me) brushed off and now it’s grown into a massive thing so we are supposed to act accordingly. Not live like we already do, everything should be amended.
Here, you cannot get tested unless you show SEVERE enough symptoms. You will not get sick leave and MANY cannot afford unpaid leave as they're already living paycheck to paycheck. We had tens of thousands of application for unemployment in the past few days.
THIS has nothing to do with "essential workers". T
Try not to mix all those different things, ok? Really not helpful.
I get you're angry at the aforementioned groups. Don't drag unrelated groups into your anger.

Day two of lockdown: I'm watching people with mild coughs demand that they couldn't possibly be Covid19 positive. I'm watching people die who got it from people with mild coughs. I think everyone who went outside knowing that they had symptoms and ignoring them are guilty of manslaughter. I'm angry and people think it's unjustified. Nobody else has to watch people die. I hope people listen soon so people stop dying.
That is my understanding too based on Australian Government medical advice.Guidance says if people experience symptoms they should be off for two weeks. It does not specify how long symptoms should be experienced for.

IF YOU DISPLAY ANY SYMPTOMS, YOU ISOLATE FOR 14 DAYS.
- If you will not have a test to determine if you are still contagious, you can leave home after these three things have happened:
- You have had no fever for at least 72 hours (that is three full days of no fever without the use medicine that reduces fevers)
AND- other symptoms have improved (for example, when your cough or shortness of breath have improved)
AND- at least 7 days have passed since your symptoms first appeared
