What Did You Do For You Today???

Cleaned up even more dandelion roots and greens - about a 5 gallon bucket packed and stacked full of them, so far - to be made into roasted dandelion root tea, greens used for smoothies and sautes, dehydrate some to add to soups and such, maybe a tincture or two, and to share with interested peers. Nourishment that's free, other than the labor involved, which gets me outside and more in touch with mama earth. Gratitude.

Changed my entertaining-to-me drinking game (that involves only water/herbal infusions/smoothies/miso broth/or juices) key words to "contact tracing", "supply chain", and "vaccine".

It helps me more mindfully limit my intake of mass media, but when I do decide to partake, I'm certain to remain well hydrated thanks to the endless sea of news updates, covid-geared commercials, and such.

It's my way of flipping the unhealthy-to-my-nervous-system narrative/script into something healthful via hydrating cell-ph rather than drowning in the constant influx of information.

Cheers to staying as well and as sane as we can during a very trying, overwhelming, and detrimental time for many.

Made more peppermint extract to share with others in several months.

Harvested fresh herbs and spinach to add to supper.

Gathered supplies for an eventual magnesium flakes foot bath.

Did a castor oil massage on my scalp and let it soak in really well before taking a hot shower.

Took clippings of one of the peppermint plants, a spider plant, and a shamrock plant to (hopefully) propagate and share.

Shared direct dialogue about a difficult subject that needed to be aired out.

I had both cats join me on the bed and just sat there with them. Then played a little with them. I think that spending time with them is the best thing I can do for me.

Re-deleted my shrink's number.

And got a couple of beers & ciders. If the only thing I can drink is girly shit, fine, girly shit, but I ain't talking to people I can't even talk to anyway.

I decided I want a dog. Cause they bark and don't bitch at you for bullshit, unlike people I called friends.

Enjoyed some chocolate hummus

I've always wondered what that tastes like.

I attended a webinar on freelancing. Truthfully, I have no interest in working at all, but if I'm going to have to, I really want a flexible schedule doing something I actually like.
