its still hard to talk about...

{{{{Ayesha}}}} I lost both wife and unborn child the same night, oct 13 1994! I still carry the guilt that I couldnt save either of them. (My training wouldnt of even helped in the least bit) But I hold myself at guilt because of my anger, for if it wasnt for my anger at everyone else that night she wouldnt of been there at that moment! It willnever be easy to talk about no matter the years that pass by for each day is just like it was yesterday, its one of the things I'm trying to overcome.

There are no other houses on my street and I love not having neighbors.

I am counting down the days until spring. I absolutely hate winter. I know I have probably said that before, but I really do hate it.

It makes me sad that there are so many members here that were abused as children. It also makes me mad.

I can't read the ingredients on boxed food, like cereal, crackers,etc. If I do, I freak out and can't eat.

I think I'm slightly addicted to this forum. I try to not come here, but I always do. It feels comforting. This is the only place I have found where everybody understands. I know I will eventually leave for good, but until then I guess I will just appreciate and enjoy the comfort.

I think I'll make some bread today. I really enjoy kneading the dough and doing something with my hands that is productive.

And, of course, I always enjoy the finished product. Makes really good garlic/cheese toast!

Written a book, part way through another but no, haven't done anything with either because do not know what or how.

You should google various publishing companies... a lot of them have their own format for how to submit books like using italics for anything in parentheses and the like. They generally want a synopsis of your entire book and have a set limit of words it can be. They also usually want only the first 2 chapters - not including a prologue if you have one, also a set number of words/characters. Generally they won't publish first time authors if it's not a standalone book. So if it's a trilogy or more very rarely will you be published right off. They look for already published. People who have written for magazines, short story mags etc. Also publishing companies have the world split up so you have to look locally. American publishers don't publish in the UK and Australia and reverse except rare occasions the books are bought by the other publishers.
If you don't get published the first time revise, revamp resend because they like people who are determined and trust their own writing ablities.
