Okay so if I’m gonna help traumatized people I’ll probably remember my trauma so yeah

But in this case the children have been threatened police three times in one week for assaulting each other and me

Cps came up in a zoom work call

Am I crazy to work like this?
I’m on my way there now but I’m curious peoples thoughts

My old job offered me a better opportunity to come back there’s a meeting today I’m overwhelmed

Being in certain positions of work can help people deal with there own trauma. It puts it into perspective and forces you to deal with it on a certain level. Because if there isn't a level of acceptance there, then it's highly unlikely that your going to succeed at work. It will be too much of a headf*ck otherwise.

I think maybe I can’t do full time as hoped but can still be useful and make $ doing it.

I do not like it on my insides right now related to my own trauma but it is interesting

Not at all - you’ve got inherent motivation to do a great job.

But you’ll need good insight (tracking how you’re coping day to day, week to week) and you’ll need to be disciplined about your self care routines and your boundaries.
