Warning About Lingering In Chatroom

There is a rule about lingering within the chatroom with little participation within the forum itself. Members don't like it, and for good reason based on the subject of this forum and how people got here... trauma.

You know who you are... and this is your only warning. If people continue to linger in the chatroom, and I mean, remain in it for hours, days even, without logging out, yet rarely post in the forum itself, then your account will get banned as per forum rules, without warning.

Consider this a collective warning!

Hey Kat, welcome to the forum. The chat area is very friendly, everyone is welcome. The warning was issued after certain members just logged in but didn't participate in the conversations. I don't mean being just quiet, I'm often quiet (OK some may dispute that :rolleyes:) but being in there for hours without saying anything.

Give it a try, I'm off there now and would love to chat to you.

I've been in chat but found I can't type fast enough to keep up! I get very confused when there are a lot of people in there but I'll still go in if I'm invited or have the guts to give it another go.
