I need to get to a pool. I miss swimming. Since I have off today from work I am going to continue with the kettleball workout, which I love, and then workout on the stationary bike and watch the Biggest Loser that I taped last night. So, should be a good day!
 
Did an hour in the pool today. Pretty solid, 1/2 hr swimming, 1/2 hr water walk w/ fly strokes. Plus a couple laps under water (25 meters) but only made one w/ ease. :D

BTW, lots of people using gear at the pool these days, it's really caught on; kick boards, fins etc... Mask and snorkle weren't cheap, but really having fun w/ them. Seems to make swimming easier/more fun/varied. :laugh:
 
Coming to think about it... We've got a pool in front of our house but I'd guess it's been over a decade since anyone tried out if it's still water tight. This summer our landlord was doing some work on the pool but there are still tiles missing in the floor and stuff, so I don't think it was the beginning of a restoration process. It'd be neat to jump into the water from the second floor, though :D

No workout for me today, shut myself down with 1.5 Zolpidem last night and was hung over like hell. Or just very sleepy because I slept 13 hours, then was awake for five, then slept another 8. But hey, I was up before sundown -.- So, let's hope tomorrow'll be more active.
 
Not done anything today in too much phsyical pain, i did manage a little 2 mile jog yesterday again. The motivation i had at beginning week has gone walk abouts. I felt i wanted to exercise today but the pain has been too bad.
 
Did a half hour of DVD workouts yesterday and now today I am going to push for an hour or at least a half hour because I might not have the time for the extra 30 minutes before work.

Just for reference, there's also tons of youtube fitness vids online if you need any. I've set them as my alarms (on my pc) and then it wakes me up and I start working out like a crazy person. I wonder how odd that must look from outside... since i never close my blinds. x.x

Nawww, that sucks :/ It's so annoying when the mind is willing but the flesh is being all 'But I don't waaaaaannaaaaaa'. I hope you're feeling better soon :) That motivation of yours can't have gotten far in the mean time *hands you a fish net* Go get it! ;)

Lol! And you can really do that? Fall out of the bed and get going? I can't even walk on a straight line when I've just woken up, I'd probably break my neck trying to do a push-up.

I'm doing fine, workout-wise. Did an hour yesterday and two hours today (slow paced, lots of stretching). I don't know if I'll do something tomorrow, too, or if I'll rest. We'll see :)
