Well peeps where we all hiding and how we getting on? Had manic beginning week burnt self out on
Exercise front rested yesterday and today did 4 mile jog had drag legs whole way but did it then a 5 mile walk. Hope get routine going proper next week.

I didn't do much this week, sadly. I don't even really know why. But I worked out for an hour yesterday. Again, sadly, though, I seem to have acquired a gastritis and today is the third day of pain, nausea and barely any food intake. So, if nothing strange and miraculous happens within the next, oh, say, two hours, there won't be any training for me today. Let's hope tomorrow will be better.
 
Wow, how I dream of running 12 miles every day... I used to, but not for a long time. That would make me happy I think.

Still staring every day at my gym equipment and not getting any closer to it than that. I do walk lots, but I wanted more didn't I...

Get well soon Freak of nature, make sure your fully well and rehydrated before you tackle anything.

I really hope to get back to the half marathon stage but its destroying me at the moment i am so much slower and unfit. Imprressive stuff VD, yoga is one things i need to try am thinking may give piliates go instead though to try help prevent injury and increase flexibility etc.
