New to Forums - 4 Years With PTSD

I have lived with PTSD now for 4 years.
It has been hell on both my wife and my 2 wonderful boys. Still coming to grips with the whole thing but would like to chat to people who may be able to help me get throught these rought time ahead

Serving member? You mean like serving in the military or serving in parliament or something else? I'm from a military family myself. Sorry for the question just curious. Hi Ian, welcome to the forum. I am ex-serving Army myself... and your still serving... impressive to say the least you haven't been booted yet, or killed someone.
