Never talk to a gossip. They are lethal and poision. It is a way for them to get mad at the person without having to take responsibility for it. Passive aggressive anger.

One method is to visualize two armies, the good and the bad and have the good cells/armies overcoming the bad cells/armies.

Albatross, ...how do you feel this wisdom allows some to grab on and grow? Where so many seem to fear wisdom, fear going forward.

Some get the gift of desperation - life or death choices. Some get repetitive patterns of unwanted consequences and wake up that way. Others still struggle to maintain their perception even when it is not beneficial. Doubtless there's other dynamics... but in a group of mutual aid these are the main three.

I was desperate, it was life or death for me.
