What Is Your Plan To Get Healthy In 2013?

All of 2013 is going to be about me and regaining my health.

Eat only foods that are natural and to maintain optimal physical and psychological health
Drink water and make proper hydration a priority
Practice yoga daily
Exercise daily
Sleep no less than 7 hours a night
Get at least 15 minutes of natural sunlight
Have fun every day
Cultivate a positive and thankful attitude
Do something that I find meaning and purpose in
 
A TED Talk 12 and a half minute segment with Shawn Achor... in the last minutes of the talk he said that if you do 5 things for 21 days that you can rewire your brain. I got nothing to lose, and have already done each of the 5 independently though not consistently, in concert for a sustained period. He speaks quickly, so I had to replay and pause it a bit to get the 5 things he recommends but put them in a comment below the media video here:

I think the methotrexates, etc. can fry your skin. I'm a pin-cushion, full of holes so have a ton of sun-screen and look like a greaseball some days. LOVE the jogging, keeps me balanced, quite literally, so it's in issue.

Have to finally toss the real cigarettes, rely solely on my e-cinnamin ( sp? ) sticks. Also need to face this last diagnosis unflinchingly, wraps everything up as I'd thought something would. In the avoidance stage, duh.
