Direct go to bed right now, stop searching things over net for the solutions and shut down the laptop. I have got new day which is waiting for tomorrow.

Sleep without any worry and sing a prayer to get full rest.

My goal today is to be positive. To only think of the good and have patience with what else is going on.

I plan to throw out 25% of the stuff in my house in the next month. Today I have started.

I have so much to do, but physically not up to it. Today I will try to distract myself with as many happy things as I can think to take my mind off constantly thinking. My brain needs a break. I will also eat a nice dinner and have a nice bath. Only nice things today, that's the goal.

Well done :). I love when you manage to achieve your goal. I still haven't had my nice bath or my nice dinner and it's 11.20pm, so need to get a move on. I did have a nice sleep though.
