Hi People - Very Overwhelmed and Admitted to Hospital

just want to say that i am thinking of all you and to let you know that i crashed..
so i have been in hospital for the last month..i am still in but have come home and hopefully early next week i will be discharged..
i have come of the xanax was that hard..
but i didn't think last week i would be were i am now...
i have come along way...till i get back tak care and know i am thinking of you all
