Still no answer .Doctors have categorically said that until they have acertained the reason behind my seizures I will be remaining in hospital which basically means I could be in for some time. I have to be seen by psychiatry and neurology .

Still waiting for the results of the 2nd MRI if that is still inconclusive I will be having a CT scan tomorrow hopefully.

I will keep you all posted

I'm glad to hear they're keeping you until they get it sorted out. Crashing on a concrete floor is bad enough, but it could happen at worse times and worse places. I hate to think of you trying to go about your daily life until they get this under control.

As and when I am discharged I will be giving up my flat and moving in with my mum and brother as I am going to be unable to safely look after myself.

I think it is for the best as well

Consultant has been and given me a diagnosis. NOT epilepsy, not a stroke. They have diagnosed stress related PTSD seizures and are urgently reviewing all my medications With immediate effect. I will be staying in hospital until Tuesday under observation then going home.

That's good news! (At least compared to what it could be.) I had a friend who had similar problems for similar reasons. I have to think coming up with a diagnosis is the first step to getting you back on your feet and on track.
