As someone who has PTSD, depression, chronic pain, ADHD, I often think I would bem better off on my way to the next life. I have it all planned out. my husband is a great provider, but I don't feel I have the emotional support from him I need. My mother has unintentially deserted me; she has Alzheimer's. one big thing that prevents it is my grandson. I don't want to ruin his life. He has a deadbeat father, he hasn't seen in over a year. I just don't understand the mentality of a slime like him.

I am sure that a lot of us at some time has felt we would be better off if we were on our way to the next life, but fortunately most of us have valid reasons for wanting to keep on going everyday, the one you mention being your grandson. It is a shame you don't feel your husband provides emotionally for you, unfortunately men don't often think the way women do and have a hard time relating to us and our needs. He possibly doesn't even realise you feel this way and believes he is doing a good job. Sometimes we just have to be very direct when letting them know what it is we need.

Hopefully you will get a lot of support on here and will not feel so down anymore. ((((hugs))))

Welcome! I hope you find the forum as uplifting and knowlegable as I have. I have allowed folks here to help me when I was down, and I have been able to share kindness with others as I heal. I hope you continue to post and find solace here.
