I've been in therapy only since I was in my mid-40s and I am 58 now, I still have a LONG way to go. So any help I can get is much appreciated.

And by the way, Therapy Ball, will I be in Therapy the rest of my life (don't worry, I shall not ask you how much longer I shall live, I do not want to know!).

Oh, don't you hate that the therapist can ask you questions and you can never ask them any? I might start a thread, "Responses to your Therapy Ball that you will probably never say". Here is one:

Therapy Ball respnse: "Lets move on"
