You're absolutely right! :) But I was kidding.. ;) - But actually "shaking my body"(in a way I can't describe) can actually help a bit when I'm having a flashback or intrusive memory. But it does not cure PTSD! :mad:Think it's always as not as bad as people say it is because they can't relate at all. Shaking does absolutely nothing.
She told me everyone has stress, but if I got through nursing school and worked as a nurse, then I needed pull myself together and get out of here (the ER).
She told me that all of the nurses there were stressed too, over 100 were being laid off, and I didn't see them in here did I?
I reminded her I had PTSD, and she said its just stress
