Have you searched the forum? I've posted a number of times about it over the past few years. (Not trying to be rude, rather I don't want to repeat myself and posting links isn't as easy when I'm mobile.)
Recap...
It really helped me at first. I started actually sleeping again (my sleep was so bad I'd be awake for days, perhaps lucky enough to get an hour of twilight sleep), my thought rumination vastly improved, and I'm sure other symptoms improved but those are the two that come to mind at 1am, lol.
But.....and this is a HUGE but....it made my symptoms spike within 24 hours of a treatment. We're talking becoming suicidal at times and acting out against others uncharacteristically in a dangerous manner.
So, don't "drink the kool-aid" and believe that this treatment is without side effects. Practitioners want you to believe this but it simply is not true! I'm not saying side effects are inevitable, rather they are possible.
I've done neurofeedback with two therapists and I'm now done with this form of treatment. I'm at the point where the side effects are outweighing the benefits. But, to be fair, I went through a year and a half of sessions before reaching this point. And, it did resolve my worst symptom of obsessive thinking (I say it was the worst because my obsessive thinking could bring on suicidal attempts faster than any other symptom.)
