Today I feel terrible. I feel physically sick. I feel mentally sick. I feel guilty that I can not make any decisions. I feel guilty I am not keeping up with the housekeeping. I feel guilty that my husband is working so hard and I can hardly get off the chair! I feel guilty that I am not being a good wife. I feel guilty for feeling depressed. I feel bad I am smoking. I feel guilty that I am addicted to painkillers to try to numb my brain. (although I am actively working on lowering how many I take every 3 days). I feel like a hot mess!

Please remember NIKI, it is really common to feel very slowed down during (or after doing a lot of) therapy. I just went through a month or so of this, but knew I would come out the other side, and feel better. And you will too, NIKI, just give it some time. :smile:

Thankyou James for the support. I just did an EFT session, and it did help. I got off the chair did some housework, laundry and took my dog out for a walk. I said to myself, get off your a** and fight for yourself because no one can help you but you.
