There is always the opportunity, it is more about when positions need to be filled. We've had a bad run lately with a lot of staff off ill with PTSD and such, and thus has caused more load on the rest, which then caused stress... enter the PTSD vicious cycle.

Sometimes we call for staff, sometimes people stand out, sometimes people ask and their history is good, so we take them on.
