A big hello to you all,

Was searching the internet for information and support services for PTSD and discovered this website, so I immediately signed up.

I'm a 37 year old Australian female who was diagnosed with PTSD five years ago after a work incident. At the time of my diagnosis, I knew very little about PTSD and unfortunately had very limited access to support services and treatment due to remote location. I've tried a lot of treatment (psychologists, psychiatrists, medications etc.) and I have my good days and not so great days.

It would be great to chat with people with PTSD, so please feel free to drop me a message
