Gestalt therapy, somatic experiencing, journaling, meditation, yoga, exercise, vitamins, affirmations, spirituality...and apparently I still haven't "faced" it because I'm still struggling with the depression, anxiety, self loathing and all those other things in the second category. It would be useful if these wise sages would tell you how to face it when they impart their wisdom on you.
