Adi, whilst I appreciate some of what you say is accurate, in that emotional pain is relevant, this forum is not here to support emotional pain and hard times, we're here to support catastrophic trauma that creates PTSD.Ptsd is from a one off sudden trauma and cptsd is fron ongoing trauma like affairs abuse or perhaps bullying.
PTSD is not from one-off events at all. That is myth and nonsense. cPTSD is not for relationship breakdowns. cPTSD is not an actual diagnosis at this time, and it is not to reflect longevity at all. It reflects an additional spectrum of personality trait problems due to longevity abuse, such as child abuse, being a POW, stolen and used for prostitution, and such things. cPTSD has nothing to do with a normal relationship suddenly going fowl.
People need to stop reading and perpetuating nonsense they read on some random website. Go to the factual sources such as a psychiatric association or Government entity. Stop reading religious website, psychologists opinionated websites, and such.
