What Are You Grateful For Today?

I am grateful for being able to do all the practices in The Mindful Way Through Depression - it has taken a lot of practice to get to this point! I am so grateful for the capacity to be able to work constructively on my own healing process. I know what to do now! I didn't know for the longest time.
 
I'm grateful that my Vitamin D level is no longer on the low level. For the past four months, I have been taking a prescription for Vitamin D from my doctor.

The results came back from me having a blood test this week and the number has gone up. I went to the health food store to get some Vitamin D3 so the number will continue to go up.
