I grateful for my therapist who understands what I am going through (she is well-versed in trauma). She gets it and validates my feelings.
Also for my "old" therapist who I was able to talk to tonight, while melting down. He never knew what to do with me but just having him listen to me rage and vent was helpful too.

I understand and am sorry for your pain as you express gratitude. It is not an oddity that 'closure' is also a word choice in English for the medical field. Healing wounds is a painful process. My thoughts are with you during this time.
I got here. I was so stressed, but I got here, and I was mostly present for my class. So I am grateful for steps in a new direction. Though I feel very anxious, and I am not grateful for feeling so anxious.
