What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I am very happy today,....so happy in fact that it scares me. I am trying to relax, but I am in love with someone and I feel excited, but somehow nervous as well. I guess you could say that I am hopeful that things will work out well, but I am trying not to get my hopes too high because I have been devastated by love one too many times.

I feel anxious today. I didn't get enough sleep last night and I'm having some anxiety as a result.

Oh, & it gave me a giggle. I took a wrong turn in a school, & ended up reading a kid's story posted on the wall, "How to Catch a Leprechaun".. :sneaky: (With instructions. :) :p )

Angry. It's coming out as twitchy and jittery with a feeling like my insides all itch. At least I think it's anger, it's certainly one of the emotions that I've not had much practice handling in healthy ways.

Congrats on so many big levels for discovering your right to feel angry and act on it appropriately.:tup: I still make mistakes on anger but I am dedicated to learning. However, I make mistakes on love still too.:facepalm:
