I’m a 65 year old male, childhood trauma from the death of my dad, bullied in school, etc. Seen several violent deaths, married to an abusive spouse. My life has been a ‘perfect storm’ of trauma and PTSD. Glad I found this place…

Thanks, @Sideways. Probably will…times are tough. Just found ‘save’ but I will probably forget…not thinking straight right now. Hopefully it’s dissociating and not a stroke! Still just trying…
