15 Years And Not Knowing....

Ex British forces 13 years under my belt left in 03.I feel like I have been on a roller coaster of emotions for the past 15 years now,did a week in cbts in 2007 and found out i could possibly be suffering with ptsd,4 years later i get diagnosed with severe post-traumatic stress disorder by a civey MH Dr. Nice to now some ones out there!!!!!!!

Hi Simmo, I know its a day or 2 since you got here, but welcome anyway. Like the SPAM`s and the Canadian :cool: have allready said, theres stuff here to help, theres places to throw your teddy in the corner, and theres people to listen. I`m new myself, but hang in there Brother. It took a civvy German Dr 16 years after leaving the Brit. Forces to diagnose me with PTSD and a few other things. That long ago that not even the RBL would help.
