You wont believe it......after ordering the ring in February, and triple checking and following up over the past month, Anthony drove into the city yesterday to pick up my ring and it wasn't ready. They didn't even have the courtesy to ring and let him know to save the trip and then when they rang me yesterday afternoon (after telling Anthony it should be ready Saturday) they told me something else had gone wrong so the ring won't be ready until next week. :mad:
The bit that cheesed me off the most is that they never even said sorry :mad:....just that "it's disappointing and will be worth the wait"....De Beers Supreme Award Winner and Argyle recommend jeweller means nothing if the service is crap. They just lost our future business.
