why did I drink to much yesterday
I let myself over react about something that shouldn't matter
I wonder if I would be more positive in another city
I feel like I am failing no matter what I do
Im so bored most of the time and don't have the motivation to change that
 
A good friend shared her wondrous safe place with me:)
I have never had a safe place so lovely to have to relax by before:happy:
It was exactly what I have been needing.:happy:
I just realized how very tense my body has become:confused::confused::eek:
I put on some relaxing soothing music and know that this is what I have been needing today:whistling::whistling::whistling:
 
I think that staying in the here and now is mandatory for me, I cannot afford to live in the past or future.
I think being a sensitive, empathic person is sometimes a gift and a blessing, while other times it seems like a curse.
I think that I am a descent, compassionate type of person.
I think I need to eat a good healthy meal and relax for awhile.
I think my sister has been my best friend all along.
 
Accurate mirroring and reflection from a supportive group has a tremendous impact on healing
Believe in yourself for as long as it takes
Wish I were less shy/passive. Working on it
Surround yourself with people who build you up
You're doing it. Take a minute and feel that, then keep on keepin on
 
1.- Just remembering how you all bullied me when I was 12-13 yo.
2.- You wrote my name with the word bitch next to It. My parents and their friends shaw It everyday. Same as I did.
3.- You left me alone, following the head of the group. It was just kids' stuff, wasn't It.
4.- You helped to belief I was wronged. I had the best marks ar the school with no effort.
5.- I don't forgive neither forget. Duno así me to go for an "old college's friends" How on earth do you even dare It!
 
1. Food shopping for pets as I need hay, feed and dog food. Will get my weight lifting in today, a least upper body. :D
2. W-2 Monday!!!! Finish verifying and mail.
3. Still need to schedule appointments, but I am watching the funds, and we'll see.
4. Almost to the top of the first hill and in the next few weeks some relief, but no time to let off the throttle and need to keep the momentum going.
5. Need to pick up cleaning supplies or order on line...on line.

Coping well although, feeling restless:confused::confused::(
These phone calls take forever to get a real person. Multitasking.:)
It was not bad news at all. Thank God.:happy::happy::happy:
