1. Something shot behind me, not at home, but seemed like a very low flying bird, maybe butterfly, went round a concrete chest-high divider. looked over, saw a 7 inch hole in the grass against the retaining wall. I said "Hello!" & 'something' stuck it's head out? -A vole? Maybe a chipmunk but I couldn't see the tail, couldn't see a stripe. Not a rat :eek: :wtf: Unless they've gotten cuter. Like a giant mouse. And no lie- it 'chirped', twice! :wideeyed: :) And stayed. Looked at me while I talked to it, then went underground and chirped once more. So today I found a UFA, unidentified flying animal. :)
