@ladee , xox. :hug: I don't really know how to judge my needs, or the level of my needs/ if there's any importance?, and I really don't understand what wants are without being = needs, or required priorities. It seems all very mixed up, to me. Where did people ever learn these things?? :confused: Wow. :confused: :(
Like I was just thinking, I'm hungry- I think? :confused: , I haven't eaten today yet, but, I need to cut the grass- more rain?, done 1/2. The priority is the grass, but the need is eating, but the want is- Idk? -Sleep? So I'm doing the logical thing= typing here-? :eek: :rolleyes:

1. I have to say good bye to my friend and the closest I have to therapy. Me being me I probably won't show. :(
2. Or I have to leave earlier in the morning. :( :dead: But other priorities too, or sister will freak out.
3. But I can't imagine dealing with stuff, including family & fears as is. Legitimate current worries, let alone past. Plus sister.
4. I wish I had never existed.
5. That thought isn't very healthy, or helpful, I realize. Hard to overcome.
