  • I'm baffled by the saying I often hear when folks see something they really love..."Ooooo....that's to die for!"
  • Wouldn't it make more sense if it was to live for? Hmmm.....
  • Spring temps this weekend...oh happy day(s).
  • The deer finally came out of the forest and visited a while today! Yay!
  • First time I've seen them since the humans were chasing after them with their guns...if only they could level the playing field.
 
1.) dear therapist, I’m eating as much as possible and have good medical care, I’ll be ok. Yes I’m drinking protein shakes too. Stop fussing over me.
2.) dear stomach, STOP with the puking already. Pneumonia is bad enough, I know the antibiotics are hell on you, let’s try keeping them in my body though ok? I’m taking good probiotics, and prebiotics, please stop rejecting everything I eat...
3.) dear heart, it will be ok. Rest.
4.) dear brain, all those stressful thoughts of worry about work and etc, NOT HELPFUL. Let’s think about what is good and safe and ok...
5.) dear dog, you are the best. Thanks for sleeping at my feet all night and resting your head on my icky chest in the morning.
 
@Justmehere I didn't know you have pneumonia. I hope you heal soon.

1) Sheesh, I came here specifically because I had a thought and it's gone. Drat
2) I really need to come up with a list of things to do before my surgery
3) Of course, I am assuming it will happen on the 9th. What if I can't find anyone to drive/stay with me?
4) Why did I agree to work tomorrow? I am tired, my knee is killing me and I ad plans.
5) Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.... I remembered my thought. I bruised the crap out of my knuckle. It doesn't hurt much. It's strangely triggering though. Reminds me of when I'd punch walls and self-harm in other ways. It's just weird. Stuff like that doesn't normally trigger me these days
 
1. Committed to staying present and in the moment emotionally.
2. It is really OK now and I need to know and believe that at my core.
3. Start living as the person I want to be instead of "working" to get there.
4. Claim the fruits and see what happens.
5. Enjoy the company of all of them, but spend most of the time holding the baby.

2. 1/2 hr reading - the swarm, exciting Story, just too much to read.

3. Why Do I want to get power over others? What does this part want? When was the first time she felt this is a must?

4. Need to get this f*laundry done so that...I can relax

5. Thinking of watching the movie about Diane fossey with a nice hot cup of coffee.
