5 Things I'm Thinking Today

1. Thinking I want to hide like f*cking being triggered hide
2. Deciding I will not hide just yet and hope I ride it through
3. Realizing that sometimes tissues don't cut it and that's why I keep extra strength bounty on hand
4. Thinking I don't need a bowl for the ice cream. A spoon will do since I will probably eat the whole 1.5 quarts.
5. For once I'm glad tomorrow is Monday and I have to go to work
 
1. Why is Spring being a hold out on the east coast USA?

2.Sitting at the train station wondering & doing a mental check... Yes I remembered to put on all essential clothing.

3. Yesterday was National Siblings Day. I now have a topic for my next therapy session.

4. It does not seem fair there is just as much prep and cleanup when cooking for one as there is for two, three or four.

5. Thinking someone should create an app that when you touch any electrical device that can connect to the Internet, it can read your body chemistry and if you emit any chemicals that affect judgment your credit card will not be accepted.
 
1. Reading threads backwards is very confusing
2. How do I avoid telling my friend when she is basically a new friend especially, that I can't eat at her little restaurant because every time I do a case of the trots descends upon me

3. Now I'm on the train that arrived late and it just stopped while I hear over the PA system "ladies and gentlemen blah blah you're f*cked if you're already running late"
4. My dog is my best friend for many reasons but one of the best ones is he will never need therapy because of my shit

5. Love/ hate taking my lunch to work decision made of what I will eat, saves money, healthier, I know what's in it. Hate I have to remember to: take it with me and if I do, remember I brought it before buying and remembering to bring it home with everything clean, this process has to go on five days a week.
 
1. No lemon faces, I /can/ breathe.
2. Good deeds. Even with shit mood. Especially in a shit mood.
3. Self respect.
4. Someone should take out that people trash off my hood.
5. More lucky stars. Lucky stars are good for not thinking of it. And grounding. And not thinking of it some more.
 
I'm thinking today/right now:

1. I just gotta be patient.
2. I am sad about the state of my relationship with my mother but can't/won't play the role she assigned cuz it is harmful for me.
3. I am dawdling and will have to rush or I'll be late.
4. I am stretching to do a volunteer commitment I feel ill suited for... but hey, maybe I'll learn something.
5. I hate having a rash on my face dang it and wish it would go away.
 
-I don't like the memories that are surfacing, nor the knowledge that others would recognize them. Maddening.
-The insight I am finding here and in research doesn't look good for me, withholding any conclusions because I am not a doctor.
-I live in a beautiful place.
-I make coffee with dark brown sugar, use less, richer flavor
-I am convinced Chimera is a miniature puma
 
1. I also use brown sugar in my coffee. I tend to use a lot less and love the smoothness
2. Anxiety getting amped about new job.
3. Have to work on resentment that I HAVE to work.
4. A lot of projection
5. Have to work on 'here and now' and grounding today.. Last interview tomorrow...
