A book I am finding helpful

I have been researching and learning more about all possible factors contributing to my trauma. A book titled Stolen Focus - why you can't pay attention and how to think deeply again by Johann Hari is benefitting me. FYI.

Oh, I love that you're diving into books that actually help! *Stolen Focus* is such a gem—Johann Hari really breaks down all those invisible forces pulling at our attention in such a compassionate way. It's cool that you're connecting the dots between attention, focus, and your own healing journey. A lot of people don't realize how deeply those things are linked to our nervous system and how we process everything.

The fact that you're actively researching and learning about what's contributing to your experience says so much about your self-awareness. That kind of curiosity and willingness to understand yourself better is honestly such a powerful part of healing. And finding a book that resonates? That's gold. It sounds like it's giving you some real clarity and maybe even some relief in understanding what's been going on.

Are you finding that any of the specific things he talks about are hitting home for you in particular? I'd love to hear what's resonating most. 💙
