On a serious, legit note though; I saw a post on a different site about a month ago about a different condition (not ptsd), the man diagnosed later in life. In the process of learning, applying what he's learned & managing, he says he no longer 'suffers' from (x), he 'has' (x). I think those are wise words (of his).
